El Viejo is a casual Central American Kitchen that celebrates our roots and highlights the rich, culinary traditions of Central America.

The term ‘el viejo’ translates to ‘the old man’. Viejo is the nickname I grew up calling my father, or my old man. El Viejo is also the name of my mother’s hometown in Chinandega, Nicaragua.
